Tecno POVA Slim Network Bands for USA Carriers

Compatibility of Tecno POVA Slim with U.S. Networks

The Tecno POVA Slim supports a limited set of global network bands, which can affect its performance on U.S. carriers. It is important to check these bands before buying if you plan to use it in the United States.

The phone typically supports GSM 850/900/1800 for 2G, UMTS 850/900/2100 for 3G, and LTE Band 3 (1800 MHz) and Band 40 (2300 MHz) for 4G. For 5G, it mainly supports n3 and n40. These are common in Asia and Europe but not widely used in the U.S.

For AT&T, which relies on LTE bands 12, 17, 5, and 14 along with 5G bands like n77, coverage may be very limited. You might only get service where Band 3 is deployed, which is not available everywhere in the U.S.

T-Mobile users may experience similar limitations, as the carrier’s most common LTE and 5G bands (12, 66, n41, n71) are missing. This means coverage might be spotty or restricted to a few areas with compatible spectrum.

Verizon coverage is likely the most difficult since it relies heavily on LTE Band 13, which the Tecno POVA Slim does not support. As a result, reliable service cannot be guaranteed.

Overall, the Tecno POVA Slim may work for calls and basic LTE data in select locations but is not ideal for nationwide coverage or full 5G performance in the U.S. Checking compatibility with your carrier before purchase is highly recommended.
