Google’s June Pixel Drop has finally arrived, bringing with it the highly anticipated Android 17 update for Pixel phone users in the UK. Content creators will also appreciate the new Screen Reactions feature, which enables users to superimpose a live view of their head over screen recordings, making it easy to react to web content and message threads without the need for green screen or video editing software.

Gamers are not left out, with Android 17 offering a range of enhancements, including a virtual control pad for foldable devices and native controller remapping. Google has also worked to reduce gaming performance issues such as frame drops and stutters, ensuring a smoother gaming experience.

Finally, conversational editing in Google Photos is now available across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, and Magic Cue’s contextual suggestions are coming to Snapchat on Google Pixel 10 devices in the near future.
