Samsung Galaxy S26 FE and Tab S12 Release Dates Revealed
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is weeks away from its UK release, with a launch date set for 4 September 2026, while the Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 series has been delayed until 7 October 2026.
According to recent leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE will be available in the UK on 4 September 2026, which matches the release date of its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. This also coincides with the IFA 2026 Berlin tech show, where Samsung is expected to showcase its latest devices, including the Samsung Galaxy Fit 4.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Design and Features
Leaks have also given us a glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE‘s design, which resembles the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE but with the company’s current camera module, as seen on the Samsung Galaxy S26 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8.
Official-looking images of the device have been shared by The Cipher Project and Android Headlines, showcasing the phone’s design in black, light green, and deep purple shades, as well as its silver frame. The images also confirm that the phone will come in colours called Cobalt Violet and Mint.
One UI 9.5 Update
SamMobile has accessed firmware for a future One UI 9.5 update intended for the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE, which will likely launch with One UI 9, as found on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8. The update will bring new features and improvements to the device, including a look at the One UI 9.5 banner and default wallpapers.
In comparison to other devices, such as the Apple iPhone 15 and the Google Pixel 8, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is expected to offer a unique set of features and specifications. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 series, on the other hand, will compete with the Apple iPad Air M2 and the Amazon Fire HD 10.
