iQOO Neo 10 Leaks and Early Look

Leaks around the iQOO Neo 10 are already creating hype before its official launch. The phone is expected to come with the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. It will be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Benchmark leaks show that this setup is delivering flagship-level performance in early testing. The AnTuTu score is rumored to cross over 2.4 million which puts it ahead of many premium phones.

The display is also shaping up to be a strong highlight. According to tipsters, it will feature a 6.78 inch LTPO AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. With peak brightness up to 5500 nits and 4320Hz PWM dimming, it promises a smooth and eye-comfortable experience, even in outdoor lighting.

Battery and charging look extremely promising

Another big leak reveals a massive 7000mAh battery in the iQOO Neo 10. This would make it one of the largest batteries in the performance category. It is also expected to support 120W fast charging which could charge the phone fully in under 40 minutes. The battery will be split into two cells to manage heat during fast charging.

Early reports also confirm that thermal control will be handled by a vapor chamber cooling system. That means even during gaming or charging, the phone should stay cool and smooth in performance.

Camera setup and software details emerge

The leaked camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with optical image stabilization. There will also be an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 16MP selfie shooter. The camera UI is expected to be fast and simple, with improved low-light processing compared to the previous generation.

Software-wise, the Neo 10 will run Android 15 out of the box. It will come with iQOO’s custom UI and may include a dedicated Q1 gaming chip to improve frame rates and visual performance in games. All signs from the leaks suggest this phone is made for users who want speed, battery life, and gaming power in one package.
