Garmin Cirqa Fully Leaked Hours Before Possible Launch

A more convincing set of images of the Garmin Cirqa has arrived, just hours before its possible launch. The images, shared by Reddit user jneuveglise, show a fabric band design similar to the Fitbit Air and Whoop band, with a module mostly hidden from view underneath. This is a stark difference to the rubber band with a visible module in the previous leak.

The Garmin Cirqa will reportedly come in four different colours: Beige, Black, Blue, and Red, and in two sizes. The module clearly says ‘Cirqa Smart Band’ with a Garmin logo on the side as well as on the band. The screenless module will be removable via quick-release spring bars, making it easy to charge or move to another strap.

What We Can Learn from the Images

Thanks to the different angles available, we can learn a lot from the leaked images, including a good idea of the specs and features of the fitness tracker. The battery might also be easily removed and replaced, going by the Torx screws at the corners of the module on the back. Unlike the Fitbit Air, the Garmin Cirqa comes with a physical button on the side, which could be used to check battery level or start workouts.

On the back are reportedly Garmin’s older Elevate 4 sensors, rather than the Elevate 5 ones found on the Sleep Index Monitor. This means the Garmin Cirqa won’t feature ECG, but it will still track core metrics like heart rate, sleep, and movement. The price and release date are still unknown, but recent information suggests it will be a more affordable £179, competing with the likes of the Apple Watch Series 10 and the Samsung Galaxy Watch6.

It’s unknown whether a Garmin Connect+ subscription will be required to access particular data and features like personalised insights. All this news comes potentially a matter of hours before Garmin could officially reveal the Cirqa smart band.
