Unbeatable Prime Day Offer: Google Pixel 10 Pro Now Only £549

by
Google Pixel 10 Pro smartphone displayed with its sleek Obsidian finish and vibrant display

Why the Google Pixel 10 Pro stands out this Prime Day

The latest Prime Day price cut drops the Google Pixel 10 Pro with 128GB to just £549 on Amazon UK. That represents a 45 percent discount from its launch price and makes it the cheapest premium Android phone currently available. For shoppers who want a flagship experience without paying the premium of the newer Pixel 11 series, the Pixel 10 Pro delivers almost every core feature at a fraction of the cost.

Key specifications and AI‑driven performance

Powered by Google’s Tensor G5 processor, the Pixel 10 Pro is built around artificial intelligence. While raw benchmark numbers are modest, the chip shines when paired with Google’s on‑device AI software such as Magic Cue and Camera Coach. These tools automatically suggest composition tweaks, optimise lighting and even generate real‑time translations, making everyday tasks smoother.

The phone sports a 6.3‑inch Super Actua OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and high brightness, rivaling the Samsung Galaxy S25’s screen quality. In bright sunlight the panel remains clear, and the smooth refresh rate feels buttery during gaming or scrolling.

Camera system that competes with the best

Google equips the Pixel 10 Pro with a triple‑camera array: a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultra‑wide lens and a 48MP telephoto lens. The standout feature is Pro Res Zoom, which leverages AI to deliver detailed images up to 100x magnification. In low‑light tests the phone produced bright, colour‑accurate photos that hold their own against competitors like Samsung and Xiaomi, even if those brands edge ahead in pure resolution.

Battery life, charging and accessories

The 4,870mAh battery comfortably lasts over 13 hours of mixed usage, and the device supports 30W wired charging as well as 15W wireless charging via the new Qi2 standard. This makes the Pixel 10 Pro compatible with magnetic Pixelsnap accessories and even with Apple MagSafe chargers, offering flexibility for users who also own an Apple Watch Series 10 or an iPad Air M2.

Software updates and long‑term value

One of the strongest arguments for choosing the Pixel 10 Pro is Google’s commitment to six years of software updates. The phone is already eligible for Android 17, a head start compared with many non‑Pixel Android devices. This future‑proofing, combined with a bright display, solid battery life and a premium build, ensures the phone remains relevant well beyond 2026.

How to snag the deal

The £549 price applies only to the Obsidian (black) colour and requires an Amazon Prime membership. Non‑members see a price of £597, but a free 30‑day Prime trial is available for new users. The deal expires at 11.59pm on 7 October, and stock may run out earlier, so act quickly.

Conclusion: A smart purchase for budget‑conscious tech lovers

For shoppers comparing the Pixel 10 Pro with newer flagship phones like the Pixel 11 or high‑end Android rivals, the Prime Day discount makes the older model the clear value proposition. With a 4.3‑star rating from nearly a thousand reviewers, praised camera performance, reliable battery life and a bright OLED screen, the Google Pixel 10 Pro offers a premium experience at an unbeatable price. If you’re hunting for the best tech deals this season, this Prime Day offer should be at the top of your list.
